Acceptance of Orders 
All orders are subject to acceptance by the factory ("SuperX Promo"), which reserves the right to refuse any order. All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance. A pre-payment or deposit may be required based on the cost and size of the order.

Production begins the day after the purchase order, paper proof and pre-payment or deposit (IF REQUIRED) are received.

Due to VOLATILE FLASH MEMORY PRICE FLUCTUATION, prices may change if pre-payment or deposit (IF REQUIRED) is not received upon agreed date.

Please confirm that our customer service is aware of any special notes or requests made on purchase order.

SuperX Promo is not responsible for errors that result from hand-written purchase orders and/or hand-written copy.

Artwork 
Email art to your dedicated account manager or art@superx.com. Digital artwork is preferred. Please provide PC compatible files in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Corel Draw or EPS format.

Artwork modification fee of $60.00 (V) per hour for artwork submitted requiring reconstruction, color separation or touch up in anyway.

Cancellation & Returns 
Orderes will be subject to all cost incurred to date of cancellation, including art, screen and merchandise charges including a 15% restocking charge. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Completed and non-cancellable orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns must have prior SuperX Promo approval and RMA number, or shipment will be refused. Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare case of factory error, SuperX Promo reserves the right to choose whether to re-make the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.

Payment 
New customers: Company check, cashier's check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Pre-payment or deposit may be required.

Credit term accounts: Only available to customers with prior credit approval.

Past due accounts: Invoices that are past due after due date are subject to finance and late charges. 30-day past due accounts / invoices will be sent to collection agencies.

Return check: $25 service charge for each returned check.

Production Time / Rush Service 
Standard production time varies depending on type of products. Rush service is available for many products. Rush service fee and / or higher unit price may apply. Please see "Acceptance of Orders" for production time information or contact customer service for more details.

Quality Control 
SuperX USB flash drives are assembled, imprinted and packaged in SuperX facility. Quality control is managed by strict internal Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Samples 
Sample can be purchased at EQP price and payment by credit card only. Shipping charge is extra or on distributoer's UPS / Fedex accounts.

Setup Charge and Running Charge 
Below apply to USB flash drives only. Call customer service for more details.

$50.00 (V) setup charge per color / location.

Free 1-color set-up for quantity 200 or more.

$31.25 (V) re-setup charge per color / location.

$0.31 (V) running charge for each additional color / location.

Unit price includes 1-color / location imprint.

Free PMS color matching fee per color.

Shipping 
F.O.B. Walnut, California. Shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice.

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, SuperX Promo cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Orders without a clear shipping method or instruction will be shipped at the most economical way to meet the in-hand date specified on the purchase order.

Special Promotions and Price Updates 
All registered distributors will receive special promotions and price updates via emails periodically. Special promotions can not be combined with any other special offers.

Warranty 
All SuperX USB flash drives are covered with limited lifetime warranty. Physical damages are not covered under limited lifetime warranty. Please be aware that silkscreen imprinted logo will wear off eventually depending on usage.
